Certified Handler Compliance Certificate VTA (Vertebrate Toxic Agents ) 

1. Contact Shane the Compliance Certifier E: certifiedhandler@harristraining.co.nz  or call/text  M: 0274 574 775 for a call back
2. An application form and information will be sent to the applicant once it is established that a Certified Handler Compliance Certificate is required.
3. Please ensure that you have completed the Enrolment Form, Questionnaire and included all items on the application checklist when submitting the application.
4. Once an application is received Shane will assess the application, contact you with the outcome and if further evidence is required he will send a report outlining this.
5. An invoice will be issued on receipt of an application. $400.00+GST
6. Please note that if additional correspondence/assistance regarding the application is required after an application is assessed an hourly rate will apply ($120+GST)
7. A site visit may be arranged if one is deemed necessary (additional charges may apply)
8. Once a Compliance Certificate has been issued it will be emailed to the applicant
